1. Services

Romans Body Shop provides automotive repair services including but not limited to:

• Accident repair and collision damage
• Paintwork and refinishing
• Dent removal and panel beating
• Insurance claim repairs
• Classic car restoration

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary if additional damage is discovered during repair work. We will contact you before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 10%.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers
• For insurance work, payment is due from the customer for any excess or additional work not covered
• Late payment may incur additional charges

4. Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on all paintwork and repairs against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from environmental factors
• Modifications made by third parties

5. Vehicle Storage

While your vehicle is in our care, we will take reasonable precautions to protect it. However, we cannot be held liable for theft, vandalism, or acts of nature. We recommend maintaining comprehensive insurance coverage.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair work performed. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of use, or any damages exceeding the value of the repair work.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about vehicle damage and history
• Remove all personal items from the vehicle
• Ensure vehicle has sufficient fuel for test drives
• Collect vehicle within 7 days of completion notification

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
